Matthew R. Mendelsohn is a partner at a highly-regarded trial law firm and concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, specializing in personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and class actions. Mr. Mendelsohn obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey and then went on to obtain his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Mendelsohn has had a leading role in numerous cases resulting in verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million including cases involving defective products, nursing malpractice, car accidents, truck accidents and motorcycle accidents.

 

Our lawyers have taken on some of the largest corporations in the world including Volkswagen, Johnson & Johnson, Audi, Bebe, Honda, UnitedHealth, Acura, Guess?, Volvo, Carquest, Mercedes-Benz, and Blue Cross Blue Shield to name a few. In the last ten years we have recovered more than $100 million for our clients. In recognition of his accomplishments, Mr. Mendelsohn was selected as a “New Leader of the Bar” (formerly known as “40 under 40”) by the New Jersey Law Journal in 2012, selected as a member of “The Top 40 under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers in 2012, and selected as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by The National Trial Lawyers in 2014.
